Key Responsibilities: Provide tailored support to children with a range of SEN, ensuring they can access the curriculum effectively. Work closely with the SENCO and teaching staff to implement individual education plans (IEPs). Assist with the preparation of learning materials and the classroom environment. Encourage children’s independence, self-confidence, and social integration. Requirements: Experience working with children with SEN in an educational setting. NVQ Level 2 or 3 for Teaching Assistants or equivalent qualification. A patient, caring, and adaptable approach to working with children.
